누가복음(Luke) 2:1-7

1. 크리스마스의 진실 The fact of Christmas (눅 2:1-2)
1 그 때에 가이사 아구스도가 영을 내려 천하로 다 호적하라 하였으니 2 이 호적은 구레뇨가 수리아 총독이 되었을 때에 처음 한 것이라 (Lk 2:1-2) 1 In those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. 2 This was the first registration when Quirinius was governor of Syria.

2. 크리스마스의 의미 The meaning of Christmas (눅 2:4-5)
4 요셉도 다윗의 집 족속이므로 갈릴리 나사렛 동네에서 유대를 향하여 베들레헴이라 하는 다윗의 동네로 5 그 약혼한 마리아와 함께 호적하러 올라가니 마리아가 이미 잉태하였더라 (Lk 2:4-5) 4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the town of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, 5 to be registered with Mary, his betrothed, who was with child. (눅 2:6-7) 6 거기 있을 그 때에 해산할 날이 차서 7 첫아들을 낳아 강보로 싸서 구유에 뉘었으니 이는 여관에 있을 곳이 없음이러라 (Lk 2:6-7) 6 And while they were there, the time came for her to give birth. 7 And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.

3. 작은 자를 위한 크신 하나님 A Big God for Little People (고후 8:9)
9 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜를 너희가 알거니와 부요하신 이로서 너희를 위하여 가난하게 되심은 그의 가난함으로 말미암아 너희를 부요하게 하려 하심이라 (2Co 8:9) 9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.
